Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before registering for the events listed on ApexOne Asia/Ezra & Macquarie or using our website.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering for the events listed on ApexOne Asia/Ezra & Macquarie or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
    

2. Registration and Payment
   • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
   • Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   • We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone at our sole discretion.
    

3. Conference Attendance
   • You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during the conference.
   • We reserve the right to remove any attendee for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
   • Photography and recording of sessions are prohibited without prior written consent.
    

4. Intellectual Property
   • The branding of the events listed on ApexOne Asia/Ezra & Macquarie, including but not limited to the name, logo, and branding materials, are the property of ApexOne Asia/Ezra & Macquarie and may not be used without explicit written permission.
   • The content presented at the conference belongs to the respective speakers, presenters, and their affiliated organisations.
   • ApexOne Asia/Ezra & Macquarie, as the conference organiser, does not claim ownership of the presented content.
   • Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any presented content without express permission from the original content owners.
   • Requests for presentation slides or other materials must be directed to the respective speakers or their organisations. ApexOne Asia/Ezra & Macquarie cannot grant permission to use content it does not own.
    

5. Liability Limitation
   • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the conference.
   • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your registration.
    

6. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control.
    

7. Changes to the Conference
   We reserve the right to change the event program, speakers, venue, or date if necessary.
    

8. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
