For many Malaysian employers, the cost of training is already partly covered — through the levy contributed to the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp). Used well, it is one of the most practical ways to build workforce capability.
What “claimable” means
Our programmes are HRD Corp claimable, which means eligible employers can apply to offset the cost against their HRD Corp levy. In practice, that often means little or no upfront cost to the business for approved training.
How it typically works
- Choose a programme and confirm the details with our team.
- Submit your grant application to HRD Corp before the programme start date.
- Attend the programme; we provide the documentation you need for your claim.
Approval is always at HRD Corp's discretion, and it is worth applying early. If you would like help identifying the right programme for your team, browse our programmes or talk to us.
